The design balances the architectural richness of the past with a modern and functional approach, creating a sophisticated and welcoming environment. The layout has been designed to maximise comfort, featuring spacious, fluid living areas that naturally interconnect, promoting togetherness and well-being while maintaining the historical charm of the space.

Morais Soares

On Morais Soares Avenue, this new corner building redefines Lisbon’s urban landscape. Our visualizations highlight the contemporary white architecture, with rhythmic vertical openings that dialogue with the surrounding. The commercial ground floor, with large glass storefronts, activates the street and connects the building to the neighborhood’s dynamic. Inside the apartments, the interior design prioritizes natural light and warm materials, creating comfortable retreats in the city center.
